Whitby Driftwood Tree

This Whitby driftwood tree is perfect for bringing the Whitby beach to your home. The tree itself is made of driftwood which has been found and collected by hand on the Whitby beach. The tree is supported by a tall pole through the middle which then has the pieces of driftwood thread upon it in descending height. This is then mounted upon a piece of wood. To finish the top off is a piece in vertical state to give it a wonderful feature.
The tree is handmade by a local Whitby couple who collect and bleach using a water and bleach mix to create the Whitby driftwood trees with much love and great attention to detail.

Each branch is bleached using a water and bleach mix to ensure it is safe to be kept inside your home. This makes it a fantastic ornament for all year round, whether its at Christmas time or not. Many people use these trees as a seasonal feature decorating them for Easter, Halloween and Christmas time using seasonal decorations. The trees do also look great kept plain and simple with some string battery light.

Please note, these are all made by hand using real and authentic Whitby driftwood. This therefore means the colour of the wood and shapes of the branches will vary. The tree will come packaged flat packed with each branch labelled to ensure you can put it together exactly how it is intended. For example label 1 is the bottom branch and the numbers 2, 3, etc will follow on top.
