What's My Online Return Policy?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us at RLHomeDecor.com, but in the off chance that you may have changed your mind please see below.

We do include as much detail, including weights and sizes on our website, however if you do not wish to keep your order, providing the item is reported and returned back to us within 14 days of the item being delivered, we will provide you a refund for the cost of the item. The return postage costs will fall to you.

All unwanted items must be returned and declared within 14 days of arriving to you. If an item is returned or declared damaged outside of these terms, we do have the right to not issue a refund or accept the return.

RLHomeDecor do not cover neither the original, or return cost of an unwanted order.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note we cannot arrange collections from overseas locations.

Damaged & Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry, we will do everything in our power to put things right. We do try very hard to ensure all parcels are packed with attention and care and sometimes the delivery companies may have an issue during transit. So we will endeavour to do everything we can to put this right.

If you have an issue or have received a damaged item please notify us using our contact us page. Please include your name, address and order number within 7 days of receiving your item. Outline the issue as best you can and attach any photographs which might illustrate the damage or fault.

We will not be able to assist with any issues or damaged reported past this time frame.

In store

In all our stores we will accept returns on in-store purchases, as long as accompanied with a receipt. All returns must be in the same condition they left us. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. In-store all breakages must be paid for in full. Displays change all the time and so please take care when touching the items in store. Due to covid19 please try not to touch items unless you are wanting to pay for them to try and stop the spread of infection. We disinfect numerous times throughout the day and deep clean on a night ready for the next day.
